    How does pricing work?

Paying for a NABERS rating has two parts, the NABERS lodgement fee and the Assessor's fee.

All NABERS ratings are subject to lodgement fees, payable to the NSW Government. These are set fees regardless of your sector or size of building.

In order to understand the full cost associated with a NABERS rating, you also need to contact a NABERS-accredited Assessor to get a quote for a site visit to verify the data for your building. Assessors will set individual fees based on their own costs and business practices. See our list of Accredited Assessors.

For more information on the steps to get a rating, refer to the fact sheet for your sector.

NABERS also provides additional products and services, such as data requests, training courses and Assessor accreditation. Please refer to the NABERS fees for more details.
